浙江省高职生就业信心及其指数的研究分析

Study and Analysis on the Employment Confidence and Its Index of Higher Vocational School Students in Zhejiang Province

对浙江省13所高职院校学生的抽样调查表明,浙江省高职生的就业信心明显不足。对国家就业促进政策、社会用人情况、学校教学管理、目前和将来的就业形势、求职自信心等方面,高职生的评价并不高,尤其是对就业形势的评价,普遍认为比较严峻,而在求职自信心方面则相对较高。

Sample investigation on the employment confidence of students from 13 higher vocational schools show that, the employment confidence of higher vocational school students is shortage evidently. Higher vocational school students don＇t evaluate high for the aspects of national employment enhancement policy, social employment mechanism, teaching management of school, present and future employment position and confidence for applying job, and they generally think that the employment situation they faced are austere and their confidence for applying job is relative high.
