我国篮球裁判员环境管理现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on Present Situation of Environment Management and Influence Factors of Basketball Referees in China

以文献资料调研、访问调查、数理统计、逻辑分析为主要研究方法,系统地论证与分析了现阶段我国篮球裁判员"宏观社会环境"与"微观群体环境"的现状及各相关因素产生的影响。研究表明,现阶段,我国篮球裁判员的"宏观社会环境"有待改善,"微观群体环境"中裁判员群体的数量、层次、规模与结构有待于进一步提高与完善;执裁动机有待于进一步端正与激励;业务素质有待于进一步加强与锤炼;心理品质有待于进一步调控与缓解等。

Through using the method of literature interview, investigation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper systematically analyzes the present situation of macro-social environment and micro-mass environment as well as related influence factors of out basketball referees at present stage. The result shows that the macro-social environment of our basketball players still need to improve, while the basketball referees＇ mass quantity, hiberarchy, scale and structure should be improved and consummate, referees＇ motivation and operation diathesis should be improved and mentality should be interceded further.
