摘要
采用文献资料分析,探讨我国学生耐久力下降与跑步教育的关系。阐述了跑步对增强学生耐久力的重要性及不可替代的理由。研究认为,跑步的经济性和实效性被严重低估,忽视跑步教育,是耐久力下降的重要原因;从国情和多元体育的角度,论述了提高耐久力,跑步不是惟一,却是最佳。提出了重视跑步教育,应走出快乐体育和跑步教育竞技化的误区;体育课应增加跑步距离;提高耐力跑在成绩评价中的权重等建议。
Through using the method of literature review, this paper discusses the relation between endurance declination and shortage of jogging training and explains the importance of jogging to enhance students' endurance. It is proved that underestimates on the economy and validity of jogging causes the endurance declination. In light of situation in China and multi-way of physical education,jogging is not the only way to improve the endurance, but the best way. Jogging education should be speculated on, not for pleasure. The distance of jogging should be concluded in performance evaluation.
