LASEK术前眼表冲洗液对术中酒精浸泡角膜上皮时间的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨LASEK术前眼表冲洗液对术中酒精浸泡角膜上皮时间的影响。方法将50例(100眼)将进行LASEK手术治疗的患者分为二组,分别用二种不同的冲洗液进行术前眼表的冲洗和消毒,比较二者术中酒精浸泡角膜上皮时间的长短。随访6个月,观察二组患者术后的视力、屈光度、眼压及Haze的变化。结果使用不同眼表冲洗液的二组患者术中酒精浸泡角膜上皮时间亦不同,差异有显著性(P<0.01);术后第8天,比较二组裸眼视力≥术前最佳矫正视力的一半者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访6个月的二组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论术前用低渗液进行眼表冲洗可以缩短术中酒精浸泡角膜上皮时间,有利于高活性角膜上皮瓣的制备,加快患者术后视力的恢复。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of the liquid washed eye surface at pro- LASEK to the time of alcohol immersed corneal epithelium in operation. METHODS LASEK were run on 100 eyes of 50 patients. All patients were divided into two groups, each group was used different liquid to wash eye surface pro- LASEK, compared the time of alcohol immersed corneal epithelium in operation of two groups; All were followed up for 6 months. Front and back treated visual acuity, refraction, intmocular pressure and Haze were observed. RESULTS Using different liquids to wash eye surface pro - LASEK made the time of alcohol immersed corneal epithelium in operation different( P 〈 0.01 ) .At 8 days post - operation the number of the uncorrected visual acuity, no worse than half of the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) pre - operation of two groups, were different( P 〈 0.05). At 6 months post - operation, the results of two groups were similar( P 〉 0.05). CONCLUSIONS Using the low osmosis pressure liquid to wash eye surface at pro - LASEK could shorten the time of alcohol immersed corneal epithelium in operation, it benefited the preparation of high activated corneal epithelial flap, and accelerated the visual acuity to regain after operation.
