摘要 介绍食物过敏原的命名规则,综述过敏原的化学本质、结构及其对过敏性的影响,并介绍食物过敏原的消除与控制方法等。 The denomination rules, chemical essence and structure of allergen as well as irritability, elimination and control of food allergen were reviewed.
