响应面优化木霉TP-24固态发酵生产β-1,3-葡聚糖酶产酶条件 被引量:3

Optimum condition of β-1,3-Glucanase production on solid-state fermentation from Trichoderma TP-24 by response surface methodology

摘要 研究采用响应面法(RSM)对木霉TP-24固态发酵生产β-1,3-葡聚糖酶的培养基组成(碳源酵母粉、氮源NH4NO3和料水比)进行了优化。结果表明,采用以麸皮为基质、添加1.91%酵母粉、1.99%NH4NO3和15.79mL水的培养基中,接种木霉TP-24菌株于30℃发酵4d,β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活力可达到594.37U/g·ssc,比对照产酶水平提高了273.55%。 The medium ingredient, the adding amounts of yeast powder, NH4NO3 and water, for β-1,3-Glucanase produced from Trichoderma TP-24 on solid-state fermentation medium (SEM) were optimized by Response Surface Methodology. The result showed that when wheat bran is the matrix of fermentation, the added ingredients were 1.91% yeast powder, 1.99% NH4NO3 and 78.95% water. After Trichoderma TP-24 on the solid-state fermentation medium was incubated for 4 days at 30℃, β-1,3-Glucanase activity reached to 594.37U/g·ssc, which increased by 273.55% than that of the control.
