摘要
以不同立地条件和不同地区的玫瑰香葡萄为原料进行酿酒实验,并且对储藏后的葡萄进行酿酒实验,结果表明:葡萄酿酒品质山地明显好于平地,山地阳坡优于阴坡,储藏以后,平地葡萄酿酒品质较好;沿海地区的葡萄不宜酿酒。
The rose grape in one area with different condition and different area were made wine, besides,after being storied for three months, the rose grape were made wine again, the results showed that: the wine quality of mountanious region better than the flat's, the sunny area's better than the sunless area's, after being storied, the flat area's was best. The grape inshore should not be made wine.
