摘要
槐花提取液中含有大量多糖,为了获得较纯的槐花黄色素,就需要把多糖除去。探索用乙醇除去槐花提取液中多糖的工艺并确定最佳工艺为:槐花提取液与乙醇质量比为1∶3,浸泡时间8h,抽滤去除沉淀后再使用微滤膜把较大分子的多糖和杂质去除,经本工艺处理后的槐花提取液经过喷雾干燥可以得到较纯的槐花黄色素。
There are lots of polysaccharides in extracts of flos Sophorae. We need to except polysaccharides from the extracts for pure yellow pigment of flos Sophorae. This article optimized the conditions of excepting polysaccharides from the extracts of flos Sophorae with ethyl alcohol. The optimal condition is as following: the rate of 1∶3 for the extracts and ethyl alcohol, soaking time of 8h. Then it get pure yellow pigment of flos Sophorae after spray drying.
