摘要
跨栏跑是田径项目中较难的一项,很多初学者都在练习中受过伤,为了减少在跨栏跑中产生的运动损伤,就要找到发生运动损伤的原因,从中找到规律,并寻求预防的方法,为初学者在训练中减少损伤提供理论依据。
The hurdling race is event that more difficult to roaster and many beginners have been injury in exercise. In order to reduce the exercise injury in hurdling race, the reason should be found. The main purpose is to find out the general pattern and provide the theoretical basis for beginner.
