耐力素质相关基因的研究进展

摘要 人类基因组计划完成以后,研究各种各样基因组的功能表现成为必然的发展趋势。有关运动能力相关基因定位与研究得到飞速发展。国内外文献的分析和综述表明,与耐力素质相关的基因主要涉及血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)、肌肉组织特异性磷酸肌酸激酶(CKMM)、肾上腺素受体(Alpha-2A-adrenceptor)、Na+-K+-ATPaseα2基因、线粒体基因(mtDNA)、载脂蛋白E(Apo lipoprotein E)等,但是作用机制不十分清楚,有待于进一步研究。 Mter the HGP finished,to research on various functional genome has become an inevitable trend. Gene mapping and related research on exercise capacity developed rapidly. This paper analyzes and summarizes the literature at home and abroad. The result shows that according to the endurance, the angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE), muscle -specific creatine kinase (CKMM), adrenergic receptor (Alpha- 2 A- adrenceptor), Na + -K + -ATPasect2 gene and mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA), Apo lipoprotein E might be candidate genes, although the mechanism is not very clear and needs to be studied further.
