我国高校高水平篮球队现状与发展研究

Research on the Current Situation and Development of University's High-level Basketball Teams in China

鉴于我国部分高校试办高水平篮球队工作开展二十年以来所取得的较好成果,但是仍然没有达到预期效果的现状,本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和逻辑分析法对目前我国高校高水平篮球队的现状进行研究、分析,提出影响高校高水平篮球队发展的因素有管理体制、办队目标、招生秩序、学生来源、思想观念、资金短缺、学习与训练竞赛的矛盾、教练员水平、科研水平等,以期为尽快提高我国高校体育的竞技水平,完善高校竞赛体制改革和训练体系,促进高校篮球运动的发展和高水平运动队的建设提供参考。

In view of the fact that the some universities set up the high level basketball team and achieve good performance since 20 years, this paper analyzes the current condition of our basketball teams and puts forward the factor influencing their development, team management, goal, recruitment of student order, student resource, concept and fund shortage, study and training through using the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire and logical analysis. The main purpose is to provide the reference for promoting our sport level in university and perfecting competition and training system.
