应用ROC曲线分析肌钙蛋白Ⅰ对心肌梗死的诊断价值

To analyze cTnⅠ in the diagnostic value of acute myocardial infarction with ROC curves analysis

目的应用ROC曲线分析肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)对心肌梗死(AMI)的诊断价值。方法采用化学发光免疫测定法(CLIA)检测病例组与健康对照组的血清cTnⅠ,并对cTnⅠ进行统计学比较(t检验)和ROC分析。结果cTnⅠ在心肌梗死诊断中的敏感度为96.8%,特异度为97.7%,阳性预测值为98.4%,准确度为97.1%;cTnⅠ的ROC曲线下面积AUC=0.97。结论血清cTnⅠ是诊断心肌梗死的灵敏而特异的诊断指标。

Objective To analyze cTnⅠ in the diagnostic value of acute myocardial infarction with ROC curves. Methods To detect the cTnⅠ in AMI patients and in control group with chemiluminesent immunoassay （CLIA） technique,then to analyzing the data with t-test and ROC curves. Results The cTnⅠ diagnose sensitivity was 96.8%, specificity was 97.7%,positive predictive value was 98.4% ,accuracy degree was 97.1% the area under curve （AUC） degree was 0.97. Conclusion The serum cTnⅠ was confirmed to be a sensitive and specific index to detect acute myocardial infarction.
