2004年～2006年我院麻醉性镇痛药的应用情况分析

Analysis of narcotics analgesics used in our hospital during the years 2004～2006

目的分析我院麻醉性镇痛药的临床应用情况,为临床合理使用麻醉性镇痛药提供依据。方法对本院计算机管理系统提供的2004年～2006年麻醉性镇痛药的数据进行统计和分析。结果吗啡的口服剂型用量占第一位,且用量呈逐年上升趋势。吗啡和哌替啶的注射剂用量呈逐年减少趋势。结论吗啡的口服剂型将是我院今后镇痛用药的首选。

Objective To analyze the use of narcotic analgesics in our hospital, in order to provide an evidence for rational use of narcotic analgesics in clinic practice. Methods The data of narcotics analgesics in our hospital in 2004-2006 were collected from Computer Management System and analyzed. Results The amount of morphine for oral use dominated in the first. And it was increasing year by year. However, the amount of pethidine and morphine for injection use was decreasing year by year. Conclusion Morphine for oral use have become the main calegories of analgesics in our hospital.
