通过对数批青霉素钠作细菌内毒素分析,实验结果证明某些青霉素钠中含的致使鲎试验阳性的物质不是内毒素。本文主要介绍对存在青霉素钠中致使鲎试验阳性的非内毒素物质的鉴别。

Bacterial endotoxin test for several batches of penicillin sodium products showed that some materials leading to positive TAL reaction were non-endotoxins. This paper mainly introduced how to differentiate non-endotoxin TAL-reactive materials existing in penicillin sodium, which caused the positive TAL test results.
