浅议我国选举制度的改革

On the Reformation of the Chinese Electoral System

选举制度是民主建设的基石,也是我国根本政治制度人民代表大会制度的基本制度。我国当前正处于转型期,选举制度的内在缺陷以及社会外部环境所产生的问题使得选举制度的改革日趋急迫。针对中国选举制度的症状,笔者从"硬件"建设和"软件"完善两个层面提出了选举制度改革和创新的构想。

The electoral system is the foundation stone of the democratic construction as well as the basic system of our country＇s fundamental political system the People＇s Congress System. Currently China is in the period of transformation, when the inherent defects and outside environment of the electoral system make the reformation of our electoral system gradually urgent. Aimed at the symptom in the Chinese electoral system, this article put forward the ideas of reform and innovation of the electoral system from the perspectives of the construction of the ＂hardware＂ as well as the perfection of the ＂software＂.
