养廉银制度是清朝独创防止官吏贪污的一种经济手段,从雍正二年(1724)到宣统三年(1911),这一制度持续了近两百年之久,伴随着清王朝的兴衰,经历了一个由确立到兴衰的历史,本文主要从养廉银推行的范围、规范性等角度探讨清代推行养廉银制度的历史轨迹。
