摘要
教育科研能力是教师素质的有机构成,在基础教育新课改的背景下,教师应由单纯的教育教学工作模式向教育教学、研究的工作模式转变。本文从当前中小学教师教育研究的现状入手,分析中小学教育科研存在的主要问题,进而提出了具体的应对策略。
The ability of science study is an important ability to teacher. The teacher's work model must change from education to education and study in the background of the new course rofonn in middle school and primary school . This article analyze the questions of educational study and give some advices for the teachers in middle school and primary school, how to construct the quality of educational study.
