摘要
阀控马达系统在实际生产中应用广泛。文中采用Matlab工具箱中的S函数实现了对一种特殊的变负载阀控马达系统数学模型的建立。在分析模糊PD控制器原理的基础上,充分地结合传统PID控制精度高和模糊PD控制器动态性能好的特点,设计了一种阈值型模糊PID算法,通过在Matlab/Simulink中仿真分析对比,表明了这种算法的有效性。
Valve-Controlled Motor System is widely used in the industry condition. This paper founded a mathematic model to a kind of the special valve-controlled motor system with varying load using the Sunction in the Matlab" s toolbox. Based on analyzing the prin-ciple of fuzzy PD controller, combining sufficiently the advantage of the high precision of the traditional PID controller and the fine dynamic feature of the fuzzy PD controller which has a nice, and we design a fuzzy PID controller with the threshold switch. The effectiveness of the arithmetic has been proved through simulating in Matlab/Simulink.
