摘要
在电磁兼容设计时,电源线上的传导干扰主要通过 EMI 滤波器进行抑制。本文介绍了电源 EMI 滤波器的基本结构、插入损耗,着重讨论了在电磁兼容测试情况下 EMI 滤波器插入损耗的计算方法。结合车载零部件传导发射的电磁兼容标准计算所需的插入损耗,通过选择分立元器件构造滤波器,最后通过电磁兼容测试验证了设计方法的正确性。
The EMI filter is commonly used for the suppression of conducted interferance on power supply lines. This paper presents the basic structure and insertion loss of EMI filters. Then the method of calculation of insertion loss under the condition of EMI test is emphati- cally introduced. In consideration of the EMI standard of the conducted emission of vehicle devices, the needed insertion loss is calculated. Then components for the EMI filter are chosen and a prototype EMI filter is built, and the correctness of EMI filter design method is verified by the EMC test.
