摘要 目的:探讨肺泡蛋白沉积症(pulmonary alveolar proteinosis,PAP)的HRCT表现及其临床应用价值。材料和方法:对6例临床确诊为PAP的患者行HRCT检查,对HRCT表现进行分析。结果:6例均可见斑片状磨玻璃密度影呈"地图样"分布和"铺路石征",3例可见大片状实变影及"含气支气管像"。结论:PAP的HRCT表现具有一定特征性。 Purpose：To investigate the imaging findings of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis（PAP） on HRCT.Materials and Methods：6 cases of clinically verified PAP were examined using HRCT and their imaging features were analyzed.Results：All 6 cases showed diffuse patchy ground-glass opacities,appearing as geography or crazy-paving.3 of them showed large consolidation and air-bronchogram.Conclusion：PAPs are characteristic on HRCT.
