摘要
以西洋参愈伤组织为材料,研究了不同浓度前体物质丙酮酸钠对西洋参细胞生长及次生代谢的影响。结果表明:丙酮酸钠浓度为5 mmol/L时西洋参培养物的生长最快,生长量比对照组增加27%,人参皂苷含量及代谢过程中过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶、过氧化氢酶的活性都达到最高,分别为对照组的2.1,4.8,1.5,2.2倍。
We investigate the effect of different precursor (sodium pyruvate)on the cell growth of American ginseng and the secondary metabohte. The result shows that when the concentration of sodium pyruvate is 5 mmol/L, the growth of American ginseng reaches the highest speed, 27% higher than the control. The saponin content and the enzymatic activity of peroxydase, polyphenol oxidase, catalase through the metabolism all reach the highest level. They are respectively 2.1,4.8,1.5,2.2 times of the control.
