摘要
文章回顾了科技孵化器的发展历程,对有关孵化器的理论研究进行系统梳理,在此基础上,界定了虚拟科技孵化网络的概念,提出虚拟科技孵化网络的结构模式;以大连科技孵化网络建设实践为背景,提出了从实体孵化器向虚拟科技孵化网络的拓展模式;以自主创新对科技孵化网络的需求为导向,提出大连市虚拟科技孵化网络的构建方案。
Based on the review of development history and on systematical analysis of theoretical research about S＆T incubators, the article first defines virtual S＆T incubation network, and proposes its structure model. Moreover, it provides the enlarging model of virtual S＆T incubation network from tangible incubators on the basis of Dalian＇ s practice. In addition, it builds the scheme of Dalian＇ s virtual S＆T incubation network, and analyzes the key factors, such as innovation cluster, industrial cluster and network technical support, then it puts forward some policy proposals.
