摘要
分析了影响科研诚信发展的四个方面;回顾了各国在加强科研诚信建设方面的实践和经验;提出坚持科学共同体自律为主,强化法律法规和政策,建设良好的科研诚信环境的五个方面。
The paper analyses the four aspects that effect the development of research integrity, and reviews the practice and experience of other countries in strengthening the scientific research honesty, It puts forward to insist on science community selfdiscipline, strengthen the laws, statutes and policies, and build a good environment of scientific re- search honesty.
