基于产业集群理论的高新科技园区发展策略,使高新科技园区成为部分国家和地区经济发展新的增长点。本文以"武汉·中国光谷"光电子产业集群的发展为例,深入分析其发展过程中面临的瓶颈,并结合中德激光产业发展中的异同,就下一步发展提出相应对策。

Hi -tech parks development strategies basing on industry clustering theory have turned many hi -tech parks into new points for economic growth in many countries and areas. Taking the development of optical - electronic industry clustering of ＂Wuhan- Optics Valley of China＂ as an example, And unifies in the Chinese and German laser industry development the similarities and differences, this paper analyzes deeply the bottleneck in the developmental process and puts forwards corresponding solutions for its future development.
