摘要
目的:探讨CT引导穿刺下放射性125I离子植入技术对中晚期肺癌的治疗。方法:对30例中晚期肺癌患者,应用TPS计算剂量和布粒计划,在CT扫描引导下,准确标记病灶穿刺的进针点,进针深度,角度,计算出进针数,将穿刺针经皮穿刺于病灶内,粒子植于病灶内。植入结束后,再进行CT扫描观察粒子分布情况及有无并发症。结果:全部病例手术顺利,经复查近期有效率83%(25/30),并发气胸16%,(5/30),出血33%(10/30)。结论:CT引导经皮穿刺粒子植入术的显像技术对中晚期肺癌治疗是简单有效安全的微创技术,值得推广和应用。
Objective:To study the clinical value of MSCT guided 125I seeds implantation in the treatment of lung cancer. Methods: Thirty lung cancer patients were administered 125I seeds implantation. TPS was helped to achieve increased positional accuracy and superior, optimized dose distribution. CT-guided percutaneous transthoracis was used to insert aspiration in the optimal situs, angle and depth then the seeds were placed in lung cancer lesions. After the implantation, CT was used for observing the complications and the place of seeds. Results: All implantation were successful. The short-term effective rate was 83%(25/30),pneumothorax occurred 16%,hemorrhage 33%(10/30). Conclusion: CT-guided percutaneous transthoracis technology is a safe, effective and simple way for lung cancer treatment.
