奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙、氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期结肠癌的临床疗效

Clinical study of oxaliplatin plus 5-Fu/CF in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer

目的:评价国产奥沙利铂(L-OHP)联合亚叶酸钙(CF)及氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)治疗晚期结肠癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法:34例晚期结肠癌患者,给予L-OHP135mg/m2静脉滴入,持续4h,d1;CF150mg/m2静脉滴入,持续2h,d1～d5;5-Fu500mg/m2静脉滴入,持续4h,d1～d5。每3周重复1次,用药2个周期后评价疗效。结果:34例患者中,完全缓解(CR)1例,部分缓解(PR)11例,稳定(SD)14例,进展(PD)8例,总有效(CR+PR)率35.3%。毒副反应主要是末梢神经毒性、恶心呕吐、骨髓抑制及静脉炎等,患者均可耐受。结论:L-OHP联合CF/5-Fu治疗晚期结肠癌具有较好的疗效,毒副反应可以耐受。

Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effect and toxicity of oxaliplatin（L-OHP）plus 5-Fu/CF in advanced colorectal cancer.Methods：Thirty-four patients with advanced colorectal cancer received L-OHP plus 5-Fu/CF.L-OHP 135mg/m2 was administered,iv infusion four hours d1,leucovorin（CF）150 mg/m2,iv infusion for two hours d1~d5,followed by 5-Fu 500 mg/m2 iv infusion over a period of four hours d1~d5.This regimen was repeated every 3 weeks.Results：Among 34 patients,there were CR 1,PR 11,SD 14,PD 8,the overall response rate（CR＋PR） was 35.3%.The major toxicities were nausea and vomiting,neurosensory toxicity,neutropenia and peripheral phlebitis,but they were tolerable.Conclusion：The combination of oxaliplatin and 5-Fu/CF is an effective and tolerable regimen for treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.
