On the Benefit Expressions in Constructing a Harmonious Society

和谐社会并不否认矛盾的存在。利益表达对利益矛盾具有消解作用。在构建和谐社会的过程中,应努力构建以人大为主导的社会利益表达体系。

In harmonious society, there should be still contradictions, and benefit expressions help to deal with the contradictions. In the process of constructing a harmonious society, we should set up a system of social benefit expression which people＇s congress plays the main roles.
