A Multi-dimensional Investigation of the Scope and Connotation of AOJ

从司法管理论著及司法实务文献列举的具体事项,对司法管理的范围与内涵进行了多维考察,得出司法管理范围广泛、内涵丰富的结论。从宪政制度、现代司法制度构建层面开始,到法院具体案件的裁判、执行管理为止,探讨了如何正确理解司法管理的涵义,旨在全面提高我国司法管理水平。

This paper makes a multi-dimensional investigation of the scope and connotation of administration of justice （AOJ） from three angles： definitions of AOJ literature, the management work and lists of doeuments from judicial administration practice, and then concludes that AOJ has a very wide scope and rich connotation, so the study is of theoretical value to the correct understanding of AOJ concept itself as well as to improvement of AOJ levels of China wholly, from the construction of constitutional system and modem judicial system, to the specific award for judicial cases by certain courts.
