摘要 采用在熔融挤出过程中提高双螺杆挤出机螺杆转速的方法,研究了机械力引发甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)熔融接枝弹性体POE的接枝反应。红外光谱法分析的结果表明,随着螺杆转速的增加,接枝产物的接枝率出现先下降后增大的变化趋势,接枝产物的熔体流动速率(MFR)在螺杆转速n≥400 r/min时出现显著增大;随着接枝反应温度的增加,产物接枝率和熔体流动速率均明显增大。一定条件下,制得具有一定接枝率(红外表征)和较好熔体流动性(MI=0.8~14.0 g/(10 min))的接枝产物(POE-g-GMA)。材料力学性能测试和试样断面SEM分析结果表明,此接枝产物POE-g-GMA对PA66具有较好的增韧作用,可使PA66/POE-g-GMA共混材料的缺口冲击强度达到原未改性材料的8倍。 Grafting of glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) onto force initiation by increasing the screw rotation speed of POE performed in melting state through mechanical twin-screw extruder is studied in this passage. The effect of screw rotation speed on the grafting level and melt flow index of the grafted product (POE-g-GMA) is investigated. The results show that with increasing of screw rotation speed of twin-screw extruder the grafting level of the grafted product shows a variation of S shape curve and obviously increases over 400r/min. The melt flow index of the grafted product is also obviously increased over 400r/min. The grafting level of POE-g- GMA is characterized by making use of IR spectrum, and its melt-flow index is between 0.8-14g/min, depending upon the screw rotation speed, GMA content and grafting temperature. The mechanical property measurement and SEM photo micrographs of cryofracture of PA66/POE-g-GMA blends show that the POE-g- GMA has better miscibility with PA66 and can obviously increase the charpy notched impact strength of PA66-g-GMA blends.
