摘要
中国式管理是"中国特色"的题中应有之义,其中对传统管理之道的合理汲取是一个重要因子。中国的传统管理之"道"有三种含义:德治之道、无为之道、信仰之道。对传统文化背景下管理之道的阐发与应用,不仅可以为管理者的自我人格修炼提供见仁见智的德性指引,而且它还可以为过于迷信刚性的"胡萝卜加大棒"的中国企业提供柔性的管理思路。
China-styled management is the natural meaning of 'Chinese characteristics'. A reasonable absorption of the traditional management is an important factor. The'principle' of the traditional management has three meanings: morality, freedom and faith. The interpretation and application of the traditional management may provide for managers not only moral guidance, but also soft managing methods for Chinese enterprises who believe too much in'using both turnips and clubs'
