无论是现在还是未来,中国文化在非洲的传播对于中国的非洲政策和国家形象建设都具有重要的战略意义。和谐文化的传播有助于提升中国在非洲的国家形象以及中国对非政策的调整。因此中非关系的进一步加强,不仅取决于政治和经济关系,还取决于中国能否在非洲实施成功的文化传播,进而塑造美誉的国家形象。本文就从和谐文化传播的视角阐述了中华文化在非洲的传播对中非合作以及国家形象建设的战略意义,分析了中国在非洲的国家形象建设所面临的诸多挑战,并提出了国家形象建设的文化传播的应对措施。

Either now or in the future, the promulgation of Chinese culture in Africa is of great strategic significance to China's African policy and the building of China's image. The spread of harmonious culture is conducive to the elevation of China's image in African countries. The further strengthening of the Sino-African relations depends not only on the political and economic relations, but also on the success of spreading Chinese culture in Africa, which will make a good national image. This paper elaborates the strategic significance of the promulgation of Chinese culture in Africa, analyses the challenges China faces in building national image, and proposes corresponding measures in building national image.
