摘要
党的十七大提出建设生态文明,对于夺取全面建设小康社会新胜利、加快推进社会主义现代化具有重大意义,生态文明建设为经济社会科学发展、和谐发展提供了生态利益动力、优良环境保障和自然资源支撑。中国共产党将生态文明纳入社会发展整体文明体系,对于促进中国经济社会全面协调可持续发展具有重要的指导意义。
The 17th CPC National Congress proposed the construction of the ecological civilization, which is of great significance to achieving success of overall wealthy community and accelerating socialist modernization. The construction of ecological civilization provides ecological driving forces, premium environmental guarantee and natural resources for the scientific and harmonious development of the economy and society. To include ecological civilization into the whole civilization system is of important guiding significance in promoting the sustainable development of the socialism with Chinese characteristics towards harmonious socialist community.
