With the establishment and the development of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Zone,the grand vision and the great potentials of the economy and the cooperation in the Gulf of Tonkin have demonstrated and will continue to demonstrate a convinced vision:strengthening the regional port cooperation with the sea area of Gulf of Tonkin and Nan Hai as the core by depending on the economic trade in the regional hinterland.The international port cluster that includes over 100 various ports in China and 11 countries of ASEAN will rise to be a world's large port and regional shipping center in the near future,building a core combination port for the global shipping trade thus enabling the mutual benefits and prosperity for ports and countries in the Gulf of Tonkin.
