摘要
以上海市两所辅读学校智障学生为研究对象,主要用实验法,经过2年的研究表明,强化智障学生不同肢体的体育训练或体育活动,是神经系统交互控制功能运作过程中产生左、右脑功能协同发展后迁移效果的外在反映,对于智障学生运动技能和身体素质的提高、肢体运动能力缺陷的补偿以及不良行为的矫正有显著作用。
Basing their study subject on retarded students in two tutorial schools in Shanghai, and mainly using experiment methods, the author conducted the experiment for two years, and revealed the following findings: intensifying physical training or physical activities of different limbs of retarded students is the external reflection of coordinated development of left and right brain functions produced in the process of exertion of interactive control functions of the nervous system, having a significant effect on the enhancement of moving skill and physical capacity of retarded students, the compensation for defects in limb moving ability, and the correction of bad behaviors.
