The spirit of nationwide fitness, which was advocated by Sunshine Sports Project,puts forward new requirements and targets for the promotion and development of physical education. In order to accelerate the development of physical education in our nation, we should initiatively absorb the new ideas and technology from foreign countries, and we should also excavate the excellent characteristics of our traditional sports culture so as to promote the preservation and generation of traditional sports culture in modem society. As a new branch of modem gymnastics, national body mechanics has its unique advantages and characteristics in carrying forward traditional national sports culture. The continuous deepening and perfection of national body mechanics research provides a new development space for the gymnastics in our nation, therefore, it has a bright prospect in the implementation and practice of Sunshine Sports Project.
