摘要
企业核心竞争力是企业获取持续竞争优势的来源和基础。中国企业欲在经济全球化大潮中立于不败之地,必须要提升企业的核心竞争力,但是目前许多企业在对核心竞争力与企业发展的关系上认识不足。现从介绍核心竞争力的概念入手探讨核心竞争力与企业发展的辩证关系。
Core competency is the source and base for the enterprises to obtain the continuing advantages. In the evolving trend of economic globalization, China＇s enterprises must upgrade their core competency in the expectation of succeeding in the competition. Currently, however, many enterprises have not been aware of the importance of core competency. This article starts from introducing the concept of core competency and investigates the dialectical relation between core competency and business development.
