摘要
西部经济的发展不仅要依靠自然资源的合理开发和利用,人才资源的开发也是关键.而党政人才作为人才队伍中的核心,其人才队伍的建设更是至关重要。
The economic development in the West depends on not only the reasonable development＇ and use of the natural resources but also the development of the talent resources. It is critical to build a talent team,whose core is political talent.
