西部地区农产品供应链管理与农民增收研究

Research on the Management of Supplying Chain for Agricultural Products and the Increase of Farmers' Income

发展现代农业,促进农业增效,千方百计提高农民收入,是构建和谐社会,建设社会主义新农村的基础和关键。文章从经济学、现代营销理论及现代供应链理论入手,分析西部地区农产品供应链的形式及其成本构成、利益分配特征,探讨在农产品方面提高农民收入的主要途径和方法,指出农民增收关键是农产品的价值实现问题,并就如何实现农产品价值提出了一些政策建议。

To develop modern agriculture, improve agricultural efficiency and increase farmers＇ income are the foundations and keys to construct the harmonious society and build the socialist new countryside. This article, starting from economics, modern marketing theory and modern supplying chain theory, analyzes the forms of agricultural product supplying chain in the western area, its cost structure, and features of benefits allocation, probes into the main approaches to increase farmers＇ income, points out that the key to income increase is to realize the value of agricultural products and puts forward some suggestions on how to realize the value of agricultural products.
