It is widely accepted that non - motorized vehicle and pedestrians are disadvantaged parties in traffic while the vehicle is the advantaged one, neglecting a special party, motorcycle, which is to be damaged when traffic accident happens. We should enhance the research and analysis of motorcycle traffic accidents so as to treat it well.
