As we know that without a criterion, we could not make the industrialization of a new fertilizer be-come true. Many people in fertilizer industry could still remember that the development of compound fertilizer has ever been in disorder for there was not a unified criterion. As a result, the relative governments have spent more than 10 years in standardizing the criterion on compound fertilizer. It is good news for controlled release fertilizer that the criterion has been enacted at the early phase of its development.
