摘要
建立柚叶中柚皮苷含量的高效液相色谱分析方法。采用Kromasil C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇∶水∶醋酸(35∶61∶4),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为283 nm。柚皮苷进样量在0.101-2.202μg线性良好,平均回收率101.27%,RSD为1.41%,所测样品的柚皮苷含量0.84%-1.25%,且嫩叶柚皮苷含量稍高于老叶。该法简便、快速、准确,可用于柚叶中柚皮苷的含量测定。
To establish a method for the determination of naringin in leaf of Citrus grandis(L.)Osbeck by HPLC,the chromatographic condions were as follows:Kromasil C18 column with methel-water-acetic acid(35∶61∶4) as mobile phase,the detection wavelength at 283 nm and the flow rate being 1.0 ml/min.The results indicated a linearity of naringin in the range of the average recovery was 101.27%(RSD=1.41).The conclusion was the method was rapid and precise,and could be used to determine naringin in leaves of Citrus grandis(L.)Osbeck.
