摘要 对植物体内铁的运输机理、与铁吸收有关的基因研究、缺铁胁迫下的蛋白质表达模式研究以及信号在调控植物缺铁中的作用进行了论述,并对其研究前景作了展望。 In this paper iron transportation mechanism of plant,the relevant gene with iron uptake,effect of iron deficiency on protein expression patterns and the role of iron deficiency on the signal were reviewed and the prospects were also proposed.
