不同化学药剂对晒烟病害防治效果试验

摘要 [目的]筛选高效防治赤星病和野火病的化学药剂。[方法]采用随机区组排列田间试验,赤星病防效试验安排2种药剂,野火病防效试验安排3种药剂,清水为对照,研究了不同化学药剂对晒烟病害的防治效果。[结果]对于烟草赤星病,菌核净500倍液的平均防效为73.22%,晒烟产量、产值和上等烟比例均与对照有极显著差异。多抗霉素500倍液的平均防效为69.15%,不如菌核净500倍液的防效好。对于野火病,春雷霉素500倍液的平均防效为69.70%,居第1位,其次是链霉素0.2 mg/kg和菌克毒克200倍液,其平均防效分别为65.74%和58.64%。春雷霉素500倍液处理在产值、均价、上等烟比例上与其他处理均有极显著差异。[结论]菌核净500倍液是目前较为理想的防治赤星病的杀菌剂,春雷霉素500倍液和链霉素0.2 mg/kg是目前较为理想的防治野火病的杀菌剂,在生产上均可大面积推广使用。 [Objective] The study aimed to screen out the chemicals of controlling tobacco brown spot and wildfire disease with high effect.[Method] With water as CK,2 kinds of chemicals were used in the experiment of controlling tobacco brown spot and 3 kinds of chemicals were used in the experiment of controlling wildfire disease in the field experiment with randomized block arrangement,then the control effects of different chemicals on sun-cured tobacco disease were studied.[Result] As for tobacco brown spot,the average control effect of dimethachlon diluted 500 times was 73.22%,with extremely significant difference from CK on the yield,yield value and the rate of supper tobacco,and the average control effect of polyoxin diluted 500 times was 69.15%,being not as good as that of dimethachlon diluted 500 times.As for wildfire disease,the average control effect of kasugamycin diluted 500 times was 69.70%,occupying the 1st position,the next was 0.2 mg/kg streptomycin and Junkeduke diluted 200 times,with average control effects of 65.74% and 58.64% resp.The treatment with kasugamycin diluted 500 times had extremely significant difference from the other treatments on the yield value,average price and the rate of supper tobacco.[Conclusion] Dimethachlon diluted 500 times is more perfect germicide of controlling tobacco brown spot at present and kasugamycin diluted 500 times and 0.2 mg/kg streptomycin are more perfect germicide of controlling wildfire disease.They can be popularized and used in the large area in production.
