阿拉尔地区几种豆科植物内生细菌种群动态研究 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]为合理开发利用内生细菌提供依据。[方法]分离出不同月份苦豆子、骆驼刺、苜蓿、铃铛刺、甘草不同部位的内生细菌,研究阿拉尔地区豆科植物内生细菌种群动态。[结果]5月份的苦豆子和甘草植株、8月份的苜蓿植株、9月份的铃铛刺和骆驼刺植株的内生细菌的种类最多。内生细菌的种类在苦豆子、苜蓿、铃铛刺、骆驼刺、甘草植株中的分布规律依次为叶〉茎〉根〉种子〉花,根〉叶〉茎〉花〉种子,茎〉叶〉种子〉花〉根,根〉茎〉叶〉种子〉花,茎〉根〉叶〉种子〉花。5种豆科植物生长期中总带菌量平均值在各个月份变化趋势不同,且各个月份的带菌量处于交替变化之中,菌量波动幅度为3.1-4.9 1og。[结论]不同月份5种豆科植物内生细菌的种类和数量不同,同种豆科植物不同组织部位的内生细菌的种类和数量有差异。 [Objective]The research aimed to provide basis for developing and utilizing endophytic bacteria reasonably.[Method] The endophytic bacteria in different parts of Sophora alopecuroides L.,Alhagi sparsifolia,alfalfa,Halimodendron halodendron and liquorice in different months were isolated to study the population dynamics of endophytic bacteria in leguminous plants in Alar region.[Result] The species of endophytic bacteria in the plants of S.alopecuroides and liquorice in May,alfalfa plants in August and the plants of H.halodendron and A.sparsifolia in September were most.The distribution laws of the endophytic bacteria kind in the plants of S.alopecuroides,alfalfa,H.halodendron,A.sparsifolia and liquorice were leaves〉stems〉roots〉seeds〉flowers,roots〉leaves〉stems〉flowers〉seeds,stems〉leaves〉seeds〉flowers〉roots,roots〉stems〉leaves〉seeds〉flowers and stems〉roots〉leaves〉 seeds〉flowers in turn.The change tendency of the average value of total germ-carrying amount in the growth stage of 5 kinds of leguminous plants was different among different months.The germ-carrying amounts in different months were in alternative changing process with the fluctuation amplitude of germ amount of 3.1~4.9 1og.[Conclusion] The species and amounts of endophytic bacteria in 5 kinds of leguminous plants in different months are different and that in different parts of the same kind of leguminous plant has some difference.
