浅论农村征地制度及补偿方法

Research on System of Land-expropriation and Compensation-measures in Countryside

随着经济社会环境的不断发展变化,我国现行的农村征地制度及补偿方法在征地行为、补偿标准、补偿措施等方面表现出一些问题和矛盾。通过对我国现行农村征地制度和补偿方法的研究,分析了收益倍数法等农村土地征用补偿的经济理论基础,揭示了现行农村征地制度及补偿存在的补偿不完全问题,并从理论方法、社会福利、行政保障方面提出完善农村征地制度及补偿方法的有效途径。

With the development of economical and social environment,the system of land-expropriation and compensation-measures in countryside are presenting some problems on land-expropriation activities,compensation-standards and compensation-measures,which are in operation of our country.In this article the system of land-expropriation and compensation-measures in operation was studied,and then the economic theory such as revenue-multiple that land-expropriation and compensation-measures based on,the problems of incomplete compensation which existed in land-expropriation and compensation-measures in countryside nowadays were revealed,and finally some useful methods to perfect the land-expropriation and compensation-measures through following points： theories,social welfare and administrational guarantee.
