导正教师认同:教师教育的重要使命 被引量:16

摘要 目前,国内对"教师认同"问题研究较少。教师认同是动态的,不断形成的;既受环境影响,又具有个人特征;由许多次认同构成;主体性是教师认同的一个重要特征。中小学教师中普遍存在的5种不合理的教师认同,教师教育要导正教师认同,必须从内外两个方面入手:为教师修正其认同提供社会支持;引导教师反思既有认同。
