摘要
针对滚子推杆盘形凸轮机构,提出一种近似方法来求解凸轮的工作轮廓曲线及其曲率半径。与解析法相比,在求解过程中,近似法只需获得推杆滚子的中心位置即可进行,而无须考虑凸轮从动件的运动动规律,可避免对运动规律进行求导。更为重要的是,该方法的求解精度已应用于自动加工机床,并以实例验证该方法的可行性。
Aiming at the disc cam mechanism with roller followers, an approximate method has been presented to solve the profiles and its curvatures for the cams. Comparing to the traditional analytical method, the only prerequisite is the availability of the positions of the roller follower center for a series of cam angles without considering the type of follower motion and solving derivative of the cam function, when applying the approximate method. Most of all,the accuracy of the solution attained by this method can be used for CNC machining of the cam. At last, a live expample has been given to validate this method.
