The Commentary of the Actual State of Using Classical Test Theory in China

摘要 经典测量理论在心理和教育测量理论与实践中发挥着重要的作用。文章以现象学为方法,从实践应用角度对经典测验理论的应用现状和一些不足进行系统的分析,并指出当前测验理论的发展方向。 The Classical Test Theory is very important in Psychological and educational test theory and actual using. The research bases on the phenomenological method, analysying the actual using state of Classical Test Theory and its disadvantages, pointing out its developmental prospective.
