摘要 使用存在缺陷的钻具会发生钻具刺穿、断裂等事故,给油田造成很大的经济损失。检测钻具缺陷的常用方法有磁粉探伤、渗透检测、射线检测、超声波检测,都存在不足。开展了金属磁记忆技术在钻具缺陷检测方面的试验研究,该技术可以灵敏地检测出钻具的缺陷,并可进行等级判别和寿命预测,具有其他方法无法比拟的优点。 Using rods with deficiencies can lead to accidents such as piercing and fracture, and it causes great economic losses for oil field. The common methods of drilling rods testing include magnetic particle inspection, permeability testing,radial testing and ultrasonic testing, but these methods all have considerable deficiencies. Experimental study about drilling rod deficiency tes- ting using metal magnetic memory (MMM) technology is presented in the article. This technology can test deficiencies precisely; moreover, it can distinguish the different grade and predict the life of drilling rods. Comparing with other methods ,metal magnetic memory technology has unparalleled advantages.
