摘要
固控系统的关键设备有旋流器、离心机、离心泵。用C++Builder 5.0软件与PCI总线数据采集卡构建了实时监测系统,监测关键设备的转速、压力、流量。介绍了监测系统的原理和特点、如何利用软件采集数据、C++Builder 5.0语言特点、数据采集卡、程序流程及界面。该系统的自动化程度高,安全、可靠。现场应用表明,钻井液含砂量可控制在0.2%以下;提高了固控系统生产效率,降低了钻井成本,综合效益显著。
The key device of solid control test system is turbulence device, centrifuge equipment and centrifuge pumps. This design used C+ + Builder 5.0 software and PCI bus data acquisition cards to build a real-time monitoring system, to monitor rotational speed, pressure and flow of the key device. It introduced the monitoring system of principles and characteristics, how to use data acquisition software, C + + Builder 5.0 language features, data acquisition cards, process flow and interface. The system was a highly automated system, and it was safe and reliable. Application of the scene showed that the mud sediment of drilling fluids can be controlled below 0. 2%. It improved the production efficiency of solid control system, reduced drilling cost. It had very notable comprehensive benefits.
